At Basically Oversized, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for damaged products, incorrect items delivered, or cancelled orders before dispatch.

Products that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or purchased during special sale/clearance events are not eligible for refunds.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
